The defendant appeals from his conviction for possession of marijuana. 79A-811 (j), but it does not affirmatively appear that "persons other than the defendant had equal opportunity to commit the crime." Gee v. State, 121 Ga. App. 41, 43 ( 172 SE2d 480). It was not error, in the absence of a request, to charge on "equal access." 2. The evidence supports the verdict. |
