This article shall apply to all marketing agreements as defined in paragraph (4) of Code Section 10-1-232, except that this article shall not apply to a marketing agreement granted prior to July 1, 1973; provided, however, that a renewal of a marketing agreement or an amendment extending the lease period shall not be excluded from the application of this article. |
