Title 10, Chapter 4, Section 152
( 10-4-152)
The Commissioner of Agriculture shall be authorized to promulgate
regulations to implement this part, to accomplish its purposes, and
to prescribe physical standards for buildings and premises used for
the receipt or storage, or both, of carry-over tobacco. Such
standards shall be reasonably designed to ensure the protection of
producers and others from loss or damage to carry-over tobacco when
received or held for storage, or both, until the subsequent selling
season. It shall be a prerequisite to the issuance of a license
under this part that the applicant has complied with all standards
promulgated pursuant to this Code section. The Commissioner, or his
agent, is authorized to inspect the premises of each licensee as
often as he shall deem necessary. |
