The authority shall be authorized to execute to the United States of
America such spoilage easements and rights of way in the property
leased to the authority by this part as shall be necessary in the
construction and maintenance of the intracoastal waterway. Such
easements and rights of way shall not exceed in length such period
of time as the authority is to exist under this part. |
