Code Section 14-2-201.1 shall apply equally to the organization of corporations under this chapter, except that the notice to the publisher of the newspaper shall be in substantially the following form:

"NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCORPORATE

Notice is given that articles of incorporation which will incorporate _________________________ (name of corporation) will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. The initial registered office of the corporation will be located at _______________________ (address of registered office) and its initial registered agent at such address is _______________________."
