( 15-9-46)
(a) Records of any kind kept by the judge of the probate court or by
the probate court of the several counties made by either a
photostatic or photographic process shall be valid and effective for
all purposes; and the records or copies thereof may be used in the
same manner and to the same extent as records kept by any former
method of printing, typing, or handwriting the same. (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this Code section, in all
cases carried to the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeals, the
rules of such courts for the preparation of transcripts of records
shall be complied with. |
