Title 16, Chapter 12, Section 125 (16-12-125) This part shall be cumulative and supplemental to any other law of this state. A conviction or acquittal under any of the criminal provisions of Code Section 16-12-123 or 16-12-124 shall not be a bar to any other civil or criminal proceeding.
