(a) The Georgia Indigent Defense Council shall prepare annually a report of its activities in order to provide the General Assembly, the Governor, and the Supreme Court with an accurate description and accounting of the preceding year's expenditures and accomplishments. Each tripartite committee shall report such data to the council as is necessary to compile the report.

(b) The council shall also provide to the General Assembly, the Governor, and the Supreme Court a detailed analysis of all grants and funds, whether public or private, applied for or granted, together with how and in what manner the same are to be utilized and expended.
