( 17-12-45)
There is created the mental health advocacy division of the Georgia
Indigent Defense Council for the purpose of undertaking the
representation of indigent persons found not guilty by reason of
insanity at the time of the crime in any court in this state. The
division shall serve all counties of this state. |
