Market approval and the sign indicating the same shall be transferable between owners, provided that the department must be given notice of such change of ownership within ten days of such event. However, market approval and the sign indicating the same shall in no event be transferable from one location to another; nor shall approval of one market in a chain apply to any other markets in such chain.
