In case any person or persons refuse to execute the directions of
the Commissioner or refuse to allow the Commissioner or his agents
to do so, the judge of the superior court of the county having
jurisdiction over such person, upon complaint filed by the
Commissioner or any citizen, shall cite the person or persons to
appear before him within three days after notice is served. The
judge may hear and determine all these cases. Upon satisfactory
evidence, the judge shall cause the prescribed treatment to be
executed. The expenses thereof and the costs of court shall be
collected from the owner or owners of the affected material. |
