All of the rights, powers, and functions of the Vocational Trade
School Building Authority and the School Building Authority for the
Deaf and Blind shall be transferred to and conferred upon the
authority. Upon such transfer of the rights, powers, and functions
to the authority, the Vocational Trade School Building Authority and
the State School Building Authority for the Deaf and Blind shall be
abolished. |
