The State of Georgia accepts the provisions of an act of the
Congress of the United States approved February 23, 1917 (20
U.S.C.A. Section 11, et seq.; c. 114, Section 1, 39 Stat. 929), the
caption of which act is as follows: "An act to provide for the
promotion of vocational education; to provide for cooperation with
the states in the promotion of such education in agriculture and the
trades and industries; to provide for cooperation with the states in
the preparation of teachers of vocational subjects; and to
appropriate money and regulate its expenditure, and for other
purposes," expressly including such Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 of such
act and the provisions thereunder and appropriations therefor, to be
used according to and as provided in such act. |
