Title 24, Chapter 7, Section 21 (24-7-21) Exemplifications of the records and minutes of municipal corporations of this state, when certified under seal by the clerks or keepers of such records, shall be admitted in evidence under the same rules and regulations as exemplifications of the records of the courts of record of this state.
