The chairman of the board is authorized to provide secretarial and
other help necessary to administer this article and is also
authorized to employ independent investigators if deemed necessary
or advisable to assist the board. Such help and investigators shall
be paid from funds appropriated to the office of the Secretary of
State for this specific purpose. |
