The judge of the probate court may order any property in the hands of the guardian to be delivered to the ward or to the new guardian and may issue a judgment, writ of fieri facias, and execution thereon for any balance of money found due to the ward from the guardian or for any amount of money which the judge finds appropriate to compensate the ward or his estate for any waste or mismanagement of the guardian or former guardian, taking into account Code Section 29-2-81.
