( 31-14-1)
(a) As used in this chapter, the term "contagious tuberculosis"
means tuberculosis in a form in which tubercle bacilli are being
discharged whether continuously or at irregular intervals. The term
shall have the same meaning as "infectious tuberculosis" and
"communicable tuberculosis." (b) Contagious tuberculosis is declared to be dangerous to the
public health. |
