Title 31, Chapter 27, Section 6 (31-27-6) The person promoting or holding a mass gathering shall be assessed at the rate of $5.00 for each person in attendance beyond the number specified in the application for such mass gathering. Any such assessment shall be remitted to the state treasury and credited to the general fund.
