Title 31, Chapter 30, Section 8 (31-30-8) If the commissioner determines that an agency of the federal government is performing the referral and screening functions required by Code Section 31-30-7, the commissioner may discontinue any program required by this chapter or any duty required of a physician or hospital under this chapter.
