Each public swimming pool shall be inspected by the county board of
health to determine compliance with this chapter and with the rules
and regulations adopted by the Department of Human Resources. Pools
which open on or after April 1 and which close on or before October
31 shall be inspected at least once during the period of operation.
All other pools shall be inspected at least twice a year. |
