Code Section 31-7-3 shall not apply to the offices of physicians or others practicing the healing arts unless the facilities and services described in paragraph (1) of Code Section 31-7-1 are provided therein; nor shall this chapter apply to institutions operated exclusively by the federal government or by any of its agencies. |
