Title 33, Chapter 1, Section 12 (33-1-12) It shall be unlawful for any insurer writing any type of life insurance upon the lives of citizens of this state to enter into any contract with any citizen of this state contracting and agreeing to furnish funeral merchandise or services upon the death of any person insured.
