( 33-18-19)
Medical service corporations shall be subject to regulation and
supervision by the Commissioner. Medical service corporations shall
not be required by any department of this state to post bond or
provide deposits to begin business or to operate under this chapter;
nor shall any such medical service corporations be required to pay
the fees or taxes provided by Chapter 8 of this title. |
