Title 33, Chapter 38, Section 12 (33-38-12) The association shall be subject to examination and regulation by the Commissioner. The board of directors shall submit to the Commissioner not later than May 1 of each year a financial report and a report of its activities for the preceding calendar year on forms approved by the Commissioner.
