Title 33, Chapter 45, Section 12 (33-45-12) Any contract or agreement for continuing care executed before July 1, 1991, which is amended or renewed subsequent to July 1, 1991, and any contract or agreement for continuing care executed on or after July 1, 1991, is subject to this chapter.
