This chapter shall not be construed to prevent any party interested
in any proceeding or action before the department, the Commissioner,
any court, or any administrative body from appearing in person or by
representing counsel in such proceeding or action. However, nothing
in this chapter shall apply to a domestic supplemental life and
health insurer. |
