( 34-13-10)
The department shall issue a permit to operate a carnival ride to
the owner thereof upon successful completion of a safety inspection
by a licensed inspector, upon completion by the owner of the
application for a permit, and upon presentation of a certificate of
inspection or waiver thereof by the department. The permit shall be
valid for the calendar year in which issued. |
