The warden of the Georgia State Prison at Reidsville, Georgia, shall be furnished by the department a passenger motor vehicle to be used by him on official business only and such use shall not fall within the restrictions relating to the purchase, use, and furnishing of automobiles as provided in Article 1 of Chapter 19 of Title 50.
