Title 36, Chapter 43, Section 2
( 36-43-2)
The General Assembly finds that many business districts within large
cities in this state are in an economically depressed condition and
that this condition adversely affects the economic and general
well-being of the people of such large cities of the state. It is
further found and declared that the establishment of city business
improvement districts is an effective means for restoring and
promoting commercial and other business activity within such
business districts. |
