The board shall consist of nine members and shall be composed of the
commissioner or designee of the Department of Community Affairs, the
director of the Carl Vinson Institute of Government or designee of
the University of Georgia, and seven members appointed by the
Governor. Members of the board appointed by the Governor after
January 1, 1999, shall serve for four-year terms. |
