Commencing on April 1, 1990, the housing share for 1990 is
established in an amount equal to 40 percent of the state ceiling.
The 1990 percentage shall include any allocations made from the
housing share made prior to April 1, 1990. The housing share for
1991 and each year thereafter is established in an amount equal to
42 1/2 percent of the state ceiling. |
