As used in this chapter, the term:

(1) "Inspection warrant" means a warrant authorizing a search or inspection of private property where such a search or inspection is one that is necessary for the enforcement of a "public health law."

(2) "Mental health law" means Code Sections 37-3-7, 37-3-8, and 37-4-4, Chapter 6 of this title, and any rule or regulation duly promulgated thereunder.
