Title 37, Chapter 4, Section 4 (37-4-4) The State Department of Education is authorized and directed to coordinate its program for training the mentally retarded with the programs of the Department of Human Resources. The Department of Education is authorized and empowered to expend funds appropriated to or available to it for such purposes.
