( 4-6-50)
All livestock weighed at a sales establishment shall be weighed by a
certified public weigher who has complied with Article 2 of Chapter
2 of Title 10. Each such weigher shall obtain a seal and upon
request shall impress the seal upon the scale ticket of the
livestock weighed. |
