Title 43, Chapter 10, Section 18.1 (43-10-18.1) A beauty shop or salon licensed under this chapter shall be authorized to employ a barber licensed under Chapter 7 of this title. A beauty shop or salon employing such a barber shall not be subject to the licensure provisions of Chapter 7 of this title.
