Title 43, Chapter 25, Section 1 (43-25-1) As used in this chapter, the term "motor vehicle," shall not be construed to include any motorcycle or other two-wheeled, self-propelled vehicle, nor shall it be construed to include any motor vehicle weighing less than 500 pounds.
