( 43-4A-19)
(a) This chapter shall not apply to an athlete who has participated
for at least one full season as a member of a team which is part of
an organized nonscholastic association whether amateur or
semiprofessional with respect to such sport nor shall it apply to
the owner or coach of such athlete's team when representing such
athlete. (b) This chapter shall not be applicable to a person or agreement
involving an athlete and an amateur athletic team. |
