(a) A registered veterinary technician shall be allowed to perform his duties only under the direct supervision of a licensed veterinarian.

(b) Veterinary technicians registered under this article shall at all times notify the division director of the name and location of the veterinarian under whose supervision such veterinary technician is working.

(c) A veterinary technician may not be utilized in any manner which would be in violation of Article 2 of this chapter.

(d) A veterinary technician shall not be utilized to perform the duties of a pharmacist licensed under Chapter 4 of Title 26.
