(a) The division director, at the time an application for licensure

of any such license. (b) After the issuance of the first license to an applicant, such
license shall cover the remaining period of the biennium. (c) The auctioneer's biennial license fee shall be an amount
established by the commission and the apprentice auctioneer's
biennial license fee shall be an amount established by the
commission. This Code section shall not obviate any other fees or
conditions required to maintain such license in accordance with this
chapter. (d) Any check presented to the division director as a fee for either
an original or renewal license or for examination for license, which
is returned unpaid, shall be cause for revocation or denial of a
license. (e) Notwithstanding any other fee prescribed in this chapter, a
company shall be required to pay registration and renewal fees in an
amount established by the commission. |
