Title 43, Chapter 7, Section 12.1 (43-7-12.1) A barbershop licensed pursuant to this chapter shall be authorized to employ a cosmetologist, manicurist, esthetician, or shampooer licensed under Chapter 10 of this title without that barbershop being required to be licensed as a beauty shop or salon under Chapter 10 of this title.
