Title 44, Chapter 14, Section 9 (44-14-9) Any person who intentionally aids or abets in any violation of Code Section 44-14-8 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as principal in the county where he aided and abetted in the offense, and his trial and conviction shall not be dependent on the trial and conviction of any other person connected therewith.
