Title 44, Chapter 2, Section 104

For the purposes of this article, every clerk of the superior court,
every judge of the probate court, and every other officer in this
state having charge of public records shall allow every examiner
appointed by any court in this state free inspection of all the
public records relating to his office and in any manner pertaining
to any matter under the investigation of an examiner. |
