Title 45, Chapter 2, Section 42 (45-2-42) The state department or agency shall furnish to the applicant the standards of medical and physical fitness for the position for which applied in such manner as to enable a medical practitioner to ascertain the physical capacity of the applicant to fulfill the requirements of employment.
