( 46-3-10)
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no electric supplier
shall be authorized or empowered to exercise the power of eminent
domain for the purpose of acquiring any property, whether real or
personal, of another electric supplier which property is devoted to
the public use in furnishing wholesale or retail electric service if
such acquisition would destroy or unduly impair or interfere with
the operation or use of such property by such other electric
supplier. |
