( 46-3-175)
(a) All certificates issued by the Secretary of State in accordance
with this article and all copies of documents filed in his office in
accordance with this article, when certified by him, shall be taken
and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as
prima-facie evidence of the facts stated therein. A certificate by
the Secretary of State under the seal of his office as to the
existence or nonexistence of facts relating to electric membership
corporations or foreign electric cooperatives shall be taken and
received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as
prima-facie evidence of the existence or nonexistence of the facts
stated therein. (b) The Secretary of State, at any time, upon the request of any person, shall make and certify additional copies of any document filed with his office and of the certificate, if any, issued by the Secretary of State in connection with the filing of the document, under this article, upon payment to him of the fee provided for in Code Section 46-3-502. |
