Any employee, representative, or agent of a telecommunications
company who forges a customer's signature on a letter of agency or
otherwise falsifies evidence of customer authorization of a change
of a primary local exchange or long distance carrier shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor. Each instance of such forgery or falsification
shall be a separate offense. |
