Title 46, Chapter 8, Section 109
( 46-8-109)
A railroad company incorporated under this chapter may exercise all
its rights, franchises, and privileges in any other state or
territory of the United States, under and subject to the laws of the
state or territory where it may exercise or attempt to exercise the
same. A railroad company may accept from any other state or
territory, and use, any other additional power and privilege
applicable to the carrying of persons and property by railway, and
ships in such state, territory, or on the high seas, or otherwise
applicable to the operations of such company as provided in this
chapter. |
