Any person who is not a director or other officer or agent of a
railroad company which owns a railroad situated in this state and
who conspires with any director or other officer or agent of the
company to do any act with the intent and purpose of wrecking the
company or who induces or agrees with any person who is a director
or other officer or agent of said company to do any act with the
intent and purpose of wrecking it, by which said act the company is
wrecked, shall be guilty of the felony of railroad wrecking and,
upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for not
less than three nor more than 20 years. |
