Any act done by any parties subject to Code Sections 46-8-361 through 46-8-364 with the intent and purpose of depreciating the value of the stock of a railroad company shall be taken as prima-facie evidence of an intent to wreck the company, provided that nothing in this Code section shall exclude from the consideration of the court and jury any other fact which under the rules of law shall be proper evidence of the existence of such intent on the trial of any person indicted and tried under any of the provisions of Code Sections 46-8-361 through 46-8-364. |
