The increases in retirement benefits resulting from changes made in
this chapter prior to January 1, 1998, and the increases in
retirement benefits resulting from changes made in this chapter
during calendar year 1998 shall also be used in the computation of
any retirement benefits allowed a surviving spouse of a deceased
clerk pursuant to the terms of this chapter. |
